What is Core Collab’s return policy?
We offer a 21 Day EATSLEEPREFORMREPEAT trial period for all products — full-price or on sale. If you’re not sold by 21Days, you can return your product, and even if you’ve used it you'll get a full refund on your purchase (you just need to pay the shipping). Really, no catch!
We'll get you to return the product back to your nearest returns Core Collab Order Fulfilment Centre (Sydney or Brisbane). For smaller items like straps, ropes and mats, we’ll send you a Reply Paid label so you can mail us your returns (free of charge).
How does the 21 Day trial work?
The 21 Day EatSleepReformRepeat trial is included for free when you buy any CoreCollab product, full price or on sale, and begins automatically once you receive your purchase. Simply buy it, get really comfortable with it and try it for up to 21 Days. #eatsleepreformrepeat Really, there’s no catch!
To return your product, disassemble your Reformer or fold your reformer in half (like a taco!). Reformers will need to be boxed for returns, so we recommend you keep the plastic wrap and the box it comes in.
In what condition do you accept returns?
We want you to get the most out of your trial period, so snuggle in! While reasonable wear and tear is acceptable, returned goods should be without significant damage so that we can give them a second life!
All returned products are thoroughly assessed and reconditioned before either being sent to the CoreCollab Second Home for resale, donated to those in need through charity partners or recycled into makeshift clothing lines ;).
Do I need to pay before the 21 Day trial is over?
While you will be charged for your product when you purchase it, we offer a full refund (of your product and any original delivery charges) if returned within our 21 Day trial period.
How do I return something?
For returns within the 21 Day trial and products under warranty, let our customer service team know via the Contact US page on our website and provide:
- Your full name
- Product
- A summary of your reason for return
We will get back to you as soon as we can!
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Your refund will be issued once your return has arrived in our warehouse. It can take 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your method of payment.
I bought my Core Collab product from my friend. Can I return it for a refund?
No, our 21 Day trial and 3-year warranty are both provided to the original purchaser only, and aren't transferable.
